Low water pressure is a problem in these boilers and they are now only fitted as substitutions, fitting requires a lot of space and there needs to be somewhere to conceal the boiler. A replacement back boiler however could be your best choice if you already have one.
Most times, gas back boilers are not very efficient, but the modern gas back boilers are more cost-effective now, so by swapping out an older inefficient back boiler, you might make a large savings on your heating bills with improved boiler efficiency.
